    All our prices are provided in EUR, all invoices are also issued in EUR.
  • How to place an order?
    Choose the style, size ( Width x Length) and processing type (pencil pleat, hooks top, rod pocket or grommet top) you wish, add to cart and go to checkout. If you can't find the size you are looking for, please contact us to discuss the options.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Sofort Überweisung, Klarna Pay Later, eps-Überweisung, iDEAL, Bancontact, Shop Pay
    After you place an order we will contact our factory to confirm the fabric availability and processing time. The standard order processing time including shipping is 3-4 weeks. We will let you know if there will be delay in your order processing.
  • what if curtains I ordered is out of stock?
    It can be an exceptional case but we have to foresee all possible situations. If there will be no fabric for the curtains available at the factory when you place an order, first of all we will try to find an estimated time for the fabric to be delivered. If the fabric won't be available for the time over 1 month from the date the order received, you will have an option to cancel your order free of charge or to choose alternative option from our wide range of curtains.
  • Where I can see the final price?
    The total price for the curtains is shown during the order. According to § 19 UStG (Sales Tax Act), the invoice amount does not include sales tax. The total price will include only the shipping costs.
  • Can I return my curtains if I'm not satisfied?
    Custom made products that are manufactured according to customer specifications are excluded from the right of return according to German Civil Code §312 (§312 BGB). We will accept returns and consider replacements or refunds if there is a problem with the quality of manufacture or faults with the fabric. We can not accept returns if you provided wrong measurements or you are unhappy with the fabric or color. You always can contact us to discuss your situation.
    You can visit our "MATCHING SET" collection to see all available sets of curtains. The curtains and sheer curtains are listed separately in case you wish to choose different options. All curtains have the titles and sheer curtains titles plus "Tulle".
  • Do you offer pillows or other matching accessories?
    Yes, in curtain description you can find a note regarding pillow availability and a link to choose the pillows. You can order pillowcase or finished pillow including inner pillow. You can also contact us if you need additional accessories such tablecloth or serviettes.
